ON APPROVAL POLICY
It will be our pleasure to hold a cheque or credit card voucher worth the value of the product for up to 48 hours so that you can ‘Take-it-Home and Try-it-Out’. At that time, you may either return the undamaged product at no charge, or authorize us to cash the cheque or credit card voucher.
PRICE PROTECTION POLICY
If within 10 days of making a purchase at Living Lighting, you find an identical item available from a local competitor, at a lower cost, Living Lighting will, upon verification, match that price, or will provide you with a complete refund.
Refunds will be cheerfully given when merchandise is returned in an unused and undamaged condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Cash Sale – Purchases under $50.00 will be refunded immediately in cash. Purchases over $50.00 may be refunded by cheque.
Debit & Credit Cards – Purchases made via debit or credit card will be refunded back to the original card which must be present at time of refund.
Cheques – A refund may only be given after 10 business days following the transaction date.
